The Eschenfelder stainless steel flaker is designed for the preparation of fresh rolled or flaked oats, wheat, rye, rice, spelt, barley, buckwheat or other grains the size of wheat or smaller. This roller can also be used to flake oily seeds such as flax.
Perfect for making your own muesli, porridge or baking garnish without requiring the use of steam or heat rolling, thus offering healthier, more flavourful ingredients. The two revolving rollers in this appliance are mounted to a lovely beech wood finished frame.
The wooden hopper is removable for ease of cleaning.
